As we offer a premium meet and greet service, we keep your keys until your return.

Any service may be cancelled, but no later than 48 hours prior to its respective timestamp stated in the booking confirmation. If a cancellation meets this requirement, a full refund will be issued, less a £20.00 administration fee.

If you are running slightly late to your booking, please do let us know in advance so that we can accommodate you and avoid delays. Late charges will apply to any customers who extend the length of their stay beyond what is stated on their booking confirmation. These late charges will automatically be applied to the customer’s account and payment will be automatically collected prior to their vehicle being returned. The late charge applied is £15.00 per extended day.

You will receive a booking confirmation email from bookings@platinumvalet.uk which will include instructions for you to follow on the days of your drop-off and collection.

Yes, one of our chauffeurs will hand over a receipt to confirm the handover of keys.

Yes, all employees are insured and extensively screened prior to being onboarded, as well as being subject to ongoing inspections thereafter. This ensures maximum levels of security firmwide. Furthermore, as our mission statement is to provide a premium service, all chauffeurs are uniformed and carry official identification.
